Frames are good when used correctly, they are not bad all the time, Any on that thinks they are always wrong is narrow sighted. There are some sights that abuse frames, but some that are way better with frames. Unless I am using a 640x480 monitor I love frames, they can save dowload time if used correctly!

My least favorite part is when people program their frames sloppily, and you leave their page, and their frames are still on one side of the screen while all the new sites you visit are in just one of the windows!!!
