Hi,I think it's great someone's actually come up with the idea of this club...I don't really know so much 'bout computers so when I went surfing for the first or second time I came to this site with frames. I suspect this is a public forum, so most all of what I have to say about poorly made frames, frames which dont break when you leave the site, frames which have too small a window, frames which ahve 36 areas of viewing, and many other problems, best not be said here.

I have two gripes about frames. The first is those webmasters who offer frame and no frame versions of their pages but suggest the user views the frames version. It's the same material either way! The second gripe is over the phenomenon which I unaffectionately refer to as "framelock" in which I follow a link off a framed page and get jammed in the frames of page I just left! If everybody just put links back to the main page on each of their subpages, frames wouldn't be necessary. I figured that out when I first launched my site, and back then I didn't even have a background, images, or an e-mail link! I'm just glad I'm not the only one who thinks frames are pointless.

Frames are the biggest nuisance since all those ARE YOU OVER 18 warnings. Frames slow down my download time, they take up so much room on the screen I cant read the info on the webpage, and in general are just plain annoying.
